What it does

Change CSC switches the sales code (CSC) of a Samsung device that is running normally. The tool reads the current code from the device, applies the target code you choose, and verifies the result after the device restarts.

Before you start

  • A Samsung device in Normal Mode with a working screen and USB port.
  • A Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with the Samsung USB driver installed.
  • An account with enough credits for the operation. The exact price is shown in the tool before anything runs.

What happens on the device

  • The tool checks with the server that your account may run the operation and reserves the credits.
  • The current sales code and model information are read and shown to you.
  • The target code is written and the device restarts.
  • The tool reads the code again to confirm the change and reports the result to your account.

Pricing and refunds

Every operation has a fixed price in credits that you see before you confirm. Credits are reserved when the operation is authorised and released back to your balance automatically if the operation fails before the device is changed. Every charge and refund appears in your ledger with the operation it belongs to.

Support

If a device is not detected or an operation fails, open a ticket from your account. Include the model number and the operation reference shown in the tool; staff can see the same record you do.
