What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and the sign-in events on your account (time, approximate location and the application used), so we can secure the account and show you where it has been used.
  • Operation records: the device model, a masked serial number, the sales codes involved and the result of each operation, so we can show you your history, calculate charges and investigate failures.
  • Payment references: the references you give us for a top-up. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials.

What the desktop tool stores on your computer

The tool keeps a session token protected by Windows so you do not have to sign in every time, and a local log of its own activity to help with support. It does not store your password, and it does not keep device data after an operation finishes.

How we use it

To run the operations you request, to keep your account and balance accurate, to answer support tickets, to protect the service from abuse, and to tell you about changes that affect you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Staff see the records above in order to support you. We share data with third parties only when required by law.

Retention

Account, ledger and operation records are kept for as long as your account exists and for the period required for accounting afterwards. Security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your choices

You can see your records in your account and ask us to correct them. To close your account, open a support ticket.
